How does consumption billing work?
We track your usage across four dimensions — domaines, aliases, e-mail volume, and DNS queries. At the end of each month, Stripe generates an facture based on your actual consumption. No upfront commitments, no overage penalties.
Do I need a credit card to sign up?
Yes. A valid paiement method is required to complete registration. You're billed monthly in arrears based on actual usage — there are no upfront charges.
Y a-t-il des limites ?
No artificial limits. Add as many domaines, aliases, and e-mails as you need. Every feature is available to every user. You pay only for what you consume.
Puis-je configurer des alertes de dépenses ?
Yes. Set a monthly spending threshold in your billing dashboard. We'll notify you if your estimated charges exceed it. Alerts are informational only — we never automatically suspend your service.
What happens if a paiement fails?
You get a 14-day grace period. We'll send reminders, and Stripe will retry the charge automatically. Your service continues uninterrupted during the grace period.
Where is my data stored?
All service data — your domains, aliases, email logs, DNS records, and account settings — is stored in Iceland, outside the Five Eyes surveillance alliances, GDPR-compliant via EEA membership, and protected by some of the strongest privacy laws on Earth.
