Why RacterMX exists
Most email providers treat transparency as a premium feature. We didn't build RacterMX to please a committee. We built it to work.
The problem
You sign up for a managed email service. Your deliverability tanks. You open a ticket. Three days later a bot replies with a knowledge base link that doesn't apply. Nobody can tell you what's actually happening to your mail because they don't give you the tools to see it.
RacterMX is the opposite of that. Every email is logged in real time. You can see the full delivery path, authentication results, bounce reasons, and forwarding chain — from a dashboard, not a terminal. When you contact support, you talk to the person who wrote the code.

The company
RacterMX is operated by Racter Holdings, a Texas-based technology company. Our infrastructure runs in Iceland — because we chose the jurisdiction that was right, not the one that was convenient.
We're a small, focused team. No VC funding, no growth-at-all-costs pressure, no incentive to monetize your data. We don't negotiate with our own standards. We make money by providing a good service at a fair price.
