Why RacterMX exists
Most e-mail providers treat transparency as a premium feature. We didn't build RacterMX to please a committee. We built it to work.
The problem
You sign up for a managed e-mail service. Your délivrabilité tanks. You open a ticket. Three days later a bot replies with a knowledge base link that doesn't apply. Nobody can tell you what's actually happening to your mail because they don't give you the tools to see it.
RacterMX is the opposite of that. Every e-mail is logged in real time. You can see the full delivery path, authentification results, bounce reasons, and transfert chain — from a tableau de bord, not a terminal. When you contact support, you talk to the person who wrote the code.

RacterMX is operated by Racter Holdings, a Texas-based technology company. Our infrastructure runs in Islande — because we chose the juridiction that was right, not the one that was convenient.
We're a small, focused team. No VC funding, no growth-at-all-costs pressure, no incentive to monetize your data. We don't negotiate with our own standards. We make money by providing a good service at a fair price.
